Return & Replacement Guidelines
- We do not accept returns for personal preferences, minor color variations, or sizing issues. Product dimensions and bracelet details are clearly mentioned in the product description.
- Since natural gemstones are used, slight variations in texture, shade, and pattern may occur. These are natural characteristics and not defects.
- Replacement requests are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
- An unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened is mandatory to process any replacement request.
- All replacement requests are subject to verification and inspection by our team.
- Products showing signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be eligible for replacement.
Return & Replacement Eligibility
Customers must raise a replacement request within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with the order details and required proof.
Approved replacement requests will only be processed after the product has been reviewed and verified by our team.
To be eligible for a replacement, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable).
Ritualize reserves the right to reject replacement requests that do not meet the conditions mentioned in this policy.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable in cases where a replacement cannot be provided for an eligible claim.
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
